We did a small reno for our house on adding the shelving, wood accent wall, hanging TV on the wall and repaint the house. Bonnie is being very helpful providing the advice and always listening to what we are looking for, and response in a short period of time. She is also really good on problem solving and resolve issue very smoothly when things dont work out. We dont have to worry or panicking throughout the entire reno experience. Bonnie is really friendly and nice, I feel no pressure at all when I talk to her especially when the selecting the finishes for the shelving. She helps us talking to the vendor and tried really hard on finding the right one for us. I would highly recommend Bonnie to everyone if you are looking for a reno.
