I had a positive experience in dealing with GoldStar company in three parts. First I had the person come over to show me the windows and discuss prices. Nick had car trouble and could not come at the scheduled time but was very good about keeping me informed and we just rescheduled from the morning to the afternoon. I felt very comfortable with the interaction. There was no heavy sales pressure, and in part due to that I decided to get windows installed in my sunroom (to replace ones so old and gap filled that bugs were coming in), bedroom and bathroom. Two days later I had another rep come to measure my windows and confirm what I wanted. Sergio was not just on time, he was early and in and out in under 10 min. Two weeks after that I had my windows installed by three workers. The entire multi-step procedure was smooth. My windows were installed on November 16, 2012 so it didn't take long to put them to the test. We noticed an instant difference in the temperature of our home after the windows were installed. We would definitely recommend GoldStar to others.
