An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
This is our first time to post the review on the Homestars. We signed the contact on last Monday. Before signing the contract, we searched so many companies on the service and product's quality. Then we spoke to Sam couple times as we had some questions. He is so considerable and knowledgeable. I remember once the phone call even lasted for one hour. We are so impressed with their attitude.
