In July 2020, our neighbour had concrete work done by Roshane of Enahsor. We contacted Roshane by telephone and had several conversations with him and contracted with Enahsor to do a concrete patio and walkway. In June 2021, we noticed several large cracks in the concrete and pieces lifting off and contacted Roshane about our concerns. We received no response and continually contacted him. In early July, he responded the same day in two separate texts "will be there to look at your neighbour as well" and "not sure when". He never showed up and in fact, Since early June 2021 to date at least 35 communications have been made to Roshane by text, voice mail and Whatsapp with pictures and videos depicting the deterioration, including a letter. Prior to June 2021, we were able to get a hold of Roshane by telephone and he answered. After we paid Enahsor and the work was completed, we have not been able to get a hold of Roshane. Every single telephone call goes directly to voice mail. The work done by Enashor almost 2 years ago now requires serious costly repairs.
