I had Pollard install windows in my home as it was being built. The installers did a REAL poor job. The master bedroom has what is called a "moon window". The installation was shody, allowing breeze to come through the frame. They had to come back and fix it. It was STILL not fixed and they just drove away. I ended up doing it myself. A week ago the window hardware failed. I opened the window ( double hung) and the window dropped on it's own narrowly missing my hand. The hardware had failed. I went to Pollard, inquiring about new hardware, and showed them a photo of the failed piece. The gentleman ( I use that term lightly) snapped at me "That is old hardware. We don't use it anymore!!" I asked about new hardware. He said nothing. I waied a moment. He then snapped "I told you we don't use that anymore!" then looked away. I held my temper and walked out of the business. I will NEVER go back. Poor workmanship, poor customer service, poor attitude. They do NOT honor guarantees.
