We hired Troy Transportation in February 2015 to move from one house to another in the same neighbourhood. The 3 gentlemen who arrived were all very personable. However, they came completely unprepared for the move - they had no idea they would be moving a piano (we completed the pre-move forms which clearly stated the piano was to be moved) and the truck was not large enough for our contents. They were way short on moving blankets as well as runners for inside the house. It was snowy and sloppy and they were all over the floors without protection. They had to return the next day with a proper truck to move the piano and the rest of our contents. Troy CHARGED US for the second day, not just for the extra time they guys worked, but the minimum arrival fee and minimum 3 hour fee even though it only took them a little over an hour. This company did not do a pre-move inspection/estimate and charged us for their own failure to be prepared. I do NOT recommend hiring this company if you want to be treated fairly and if you expect the movers to show up prepared to move you properly. Really BAD customer service.

These people just won't leave us alone!!! Used them for a few years then stopped due to cost/poor results and not wanting a contract when we are planning to move. They have phoned us consistently for over a year, being asked EVERY time to take us off their lists. Each time they assure us that will be done and then they call again. Today not one but TWO reps at our door, an hour apart. Both told this is now harrassment. Then, a few hours later, yet ANOTHER call from a salesman. STOP ALREADY!!!! These people never let up - DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH Weed Man - YOU WILL NEVER BE RID OF THEM AGAIN!!!

We respect and appreciate our customers and their wishes. I do apologize for any frustration we might have caused you or your family. My customer service rentention office is calling only to see if there is anything we can do to regain your business. If a request is made by my customer we will respect your wishes immediately. If this is not done please email or call my office and we will update your file and fix any possible error. The last time we were contacted was March 14 2012 when you cancelled your 2012 program. I would hope that if an issue like this did occur you would contact that company and speak to a Manager to give them a chance to remedy the concern before posting a negative comment on the internet.
