Always seemed to struggle with the concept of how people make consistent income. My parents always gave me the understanding that you have to work on it at a young age. I've been paying a couple hundred bucks a month, receiving rent regularly and they take care of maintenance issues here and there reported by the tenants. Had to share this amazing experience so you guys as having an extra income of $3000 a month and going on a payment plan without absurd extra fees and headaches is life changing.
