Edit (Aug 25): Updating my review as client support reached out to me within 24 hours to discuss my experience. They were understanding and apologetic, and offered a partial refund due to the issues I faced. Although the cleaning experience was not great, I am content with the support and response afterwards. Original review: Booked a move-in deep clean and had several issues: - Our booking was supposed to be for 5 hours with 2 people, but one of them didn't show up. We had to reach out to support and another person arrived 4 hours later (meaning we had to stay and waste an additional 4 hours of our time). - We were told that a cleaner cancelled last minute, but given that I was asked the night before whether I would like to move the appointment to another day, I suspect that this was known beforehand and don't appreciate the lack of transparency. - The 1st cleaner kept pushing for us to add more time. They were being inefficient though as they left dust in already cleaned areas. The only reason they think more time was needed is because they had to re-clean areas they already "covered". - The 2nd cleaner cleaned for 1 hour less than what I had booked, so I have asked for this to be reflected in what I'm charged.
