They gave me an estimate for the vanity bathroom mirror which I accepted. A nice fellow came out to measure it. I paid the deposit. I waited and then was called over a week later and given some indecipherable explanation that they could not deliver the mirror because of no parking and access to the building - in fact the building has a large designated loading access directly to the service elevator. They unilaterally cancelled my order for no reason and refunded my deposit the next day. The truth is they decided it was not worth it or they were too busy. I lost the waiting time plus all the aggravation. I recommend you go to somewhere reliable. James
