From the time I phoned to inquire about their clearance promotion on their last few remaining gliders in stock, the staff's commitment to customer service was clearly evident. Shimmy took the time to explain the model and usual pricing as well as explained how he was able to provide such a competitive price on this high quality Dutalier glider..but there was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase as he wanted me to be sure about my decision. The staff we dealt with in store was just as professional and attentive. I wish every establishment had such dedication to great customer service! We are extremely happy with our purchase and the experience!

Terry was very friendly and it was obvious he was trying to make sure we were happy with the job. I felt his prices were fair, his work was excellent, and when we did have a concern, he dealt with it promptly and effectively. I would certainly use his services again.
