We hired Ilana from IC-2 Design for staging of 1.5 bedroom condo. With real estate market melt down we were unable to sell it for 3 months. We asked for partial staging with some of the furniture from our 2 houses: ours and our son's. Ilana made tour around 2 houses and advised on the items suitable for staging. We delivered these items, Ilana added the rest. Ilana is easy to work with. She is very decisive and have instant view of the final product. She comes always in time and keeps promises. We had an empty condo. She decorated living room, bedroom, office, kitchen, big balcomy, 2 bathrooms. All looked so beautiful that Realtor made a marketing clip and posted on the Chinese real estate website. Finally we were able to sell the condo. We consider that Ilana's professionalism helped greatly. We would recommend her as a good staging professional.

We used Top Move twice and I can recommend them as reliable and professional services. They reply on the phone, all details were agreed ovetr the phone. They arrived on time, did good job. Once I hired the moving company through newspaper add. They arrived with the car much smaller than requested and were unable to perform putting us into huge stress. So I value and appreciate reliability of Top movers. From bad side, after second run my son had sofa a bit damaged and part of hardwood floor. So their service is good but not perfect.

After inspection we refused to buy the house that looked good but was in very poor conditions. Sean helped us to do not make poor investment.
