20 year old Gas fireplace cannot hold the pilot light when the switch is released. Imran came and identified the parts that needed replacement. Installed the new parts, serviced and cleaned the fireplace. A lot cheaper than replacing the entire fireplace. Would recommend Imran if you have gas fireplace problems or need to service and clean your gas fireplace

Had to coordinate the work with the city to shut off the water supply for the house. Val already did the prep work before the city worker came to shut off the water. Val completed the main valve replacement while the city worker was still onsite and be able to turn the supply back on.

Roof Repair after the wind storm. Toro Roofing was that got back to me and scheduled the repair. The rest of the roofing company wouldn't even call back. I'm happy to found this company and will be calling them for future roof work.

I woke up and discovered my 20 year old furnace stopped working. I decided to replace it because it was just repaired recently. Airemax was able to give me a same day schedule. Price is reasonable for a Lennox furnace. Did not need to call other furnace installer to get a better price. Airemax was also able to change the furnace filter frame to the current standard 16x25x1 filter size.

I bought an 18 year old house with original builder furnace and fireplace. For peace of mind, I decided to have the furnace, and fireplace inspected. Called several Heating and cooling company which quoted me ridiculous price per unit to be inspected. I found Aire Max - who quoted reasonable price to have the units inspected since they are all located on the same house. Max is honest and did not try to up-sell me to try to replace the furnace.
