We purchased a video DVR system on line and although we were able to plug it in and make it work, we just couldn't get it networked so that we could view it on our PC's or smartphones. We contacted Regan at the Spy Inc. Store in North Van and he was able to send someone out to do this for us. Now we can see our cameras from any internet connection anywhere and we can view the cameras from our smart phones. I was so happy that the guys were able to help us because it seemed like no one else had any anwers. These guys really know their stuff. Thanks.

- Go see these guys before you make a purchase. Price isn't everything, it's nice to deal with someone with knowledge that knows the business.
