At work; we found deep cuts on a few vinyl window frames from someone's exacto knife. Jesse answered my messages the same day, followed through with the apt. early and completed the repair in roughly an hour and a half. The cuts are gone and it is brand new again. This is the usual. We regularly call deep surface solutions for difficult, seemingly unfixable repairs on all sorts of surfaces.
