An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Previously, I was with another Alarm Systems Company and the service was so terrible. I called numerous times to upgrade my alarm system, and was completely ignored. I simply wanted the company to send someone to install an additional motion sensor and to charge me accordingly. They said many times that they would send someone on a certain day (by appointment), but eventually know body showed up. “Stood up”. Bad customer service......!! Recently I moved closer to the city in a much smaller home and the first thing I did was to look for another Alarm Systems Company to come and install an alarm. This time I did my homework and research. I searched the web, asked a few colleagues and finally got my answer…………”Safe Tech”. I contacted Safe Tech, booked an appointment and they came out immediately. Installation and Service was immaculate.
