On inspecting our attic, our roofer discovered the need for additional venting and insulation. Robert, the owner of Dome, went out of his way to provide an estimate for this job on short notice, and to accommodate our request for the job to be completed as soon as possible. Robert was very polite and easy to talk to, and he addressed all of our questions and concerns. His office staff was a pleasure to deal with; they are efficient as well as being good communicators. On the actual work day, the crew members were polite and efficient, and took good care to protect our home from dust and damage. This is clearly a company which emphasizes customer service--something that is all too rare nowadays. We would certainly recommend Dome to anyone requiring the services they offer.

We switched to Turf King a couple of years ago, seeking a more personalized approach and better service than we were getting from our previous company. We've been very pleased with Turf King. The owner, Gerry, is extremely knowledgeable; he has provided honest and helpful answers to all our questions. Andy, the technician who comes out to do the work on our property, is similarly helpful and pleasant. He has provided specific feedback and advice whenever required. Any time we've had a concern (e.g. possible insect infestation), the response has been quick and appropriate. We are very happy that we chose this company and would recommend them highly.
