We have been working with Reid's for about three years - investigating attic rain, replacing eavestroughs, fixing ice dams and finally a total re-roof. Pete, Henry and Jake were absolutely phenomenal in terms of time spent with us sharing their expertise, investigating issues and mitigating concerns. The roofing contractors also did an amazing job and completed the entire project in three days, taking advantage of summer daylight hours and sunny Alberta weather. Although the overloaded bin of old cedar shakes sat on our driveway for too long, resulting in my needing to pick up debris scattered over both our yard and the neighbours, sometimes miscommunication happens. The final clean-up was very meticulous and the magnetic nail grabber worked its magic, repeatedly exploring the lawn and shrub beds, ensuring 'no nail was left behind'.
