I had a sewage backup in my basement this morning. And I called to get my pipes, cleared. The dispatch was great, was quick and efficient, organized a plumber to come by within an hour. The plumber however, argued with me about whether or not the black stuff He left all over my stairs and by my plumbing stack was, was oil. Or sludge. Then He complained about whether or not he was done. He disclosed at the beginning of the service call, that he had a headache and said he has a concussion. I don't know if this is his normal work ethic, but I was not impressed. He also deliberately unplugged my Wi-Fi so my children would be off of their electronics. When I mentioned it, he said that he enjoys kicking kids off of electronics and they should start playing like we were when we were kids. Not his place, not his kids, not okay. When he started making remarks about this is how you clean up sludge I asked him to leave and he continued cleaning for another five minutes, even though I asked him to leave twice.
