Today was maidpros 3rd clean at my home. The ladies providing the service are lovely and very polite, but they are young and inexperienced. I provided constructive feed back after the first cleaning, the quality of the clean has not improved. For example some items are dusted some are not, some baseboard is dusted some are not. The hardwood flooring is spray mopped but not all of the flooring, its more of a spot clean. Mats are not moved to clean underneath, but they are vacuumed. Stairs to basement and second level not vacuumed, wainscoting and trim not vacuumed or dusted , items are not moved before washing or dusting, kitchen trash not emptied, morning dishes left in the sink, sink not cleaned. Master bathroom sinks not washed, tub not cleaned, window sills not dusted/wiped( after asking for this to be included with each clean). Master bedroom furniture was dusted but they do not move any items prior to dusting and they do not dust under any raised furniture. Sliding glass garden doors not cleaned. They do not vacuum under any furniture including raised tables or even a wall mounted bathroom vanity. The side by side his and hers dressing rooms were lightly dusted and vacuumed but they did not vacuum under any raised items and did not wipe the dust from trim or baseboards. Dog beds, mats or rugs not moved before vacuuming or washing surrounding floors. I will be cancelling their services.
