Were recommended to us by a coworker who is also a real estate agent. Did not charge anything for the inspection and plus were able to schedule us in for the service fairly quickly. Andrei and Maria are very knowledgeable and they actually take the time to inspect everything carefully. We had inspections and estimates from 2 other companies and it felt like they just wanted to be done with it as fast as possible whereas Maria and Andrei checked the entire area on both floors and didn't try to rush us. We agreed on the price before they started and that was the final amount we paid.
