Justin and Krystle were very friendly and easy to work with. Quick AC install quote, quick email replies, a variety of options and install dates. Justin came and did the install quickly and efficiently. I compared other companies, Lendrix was the cheapest, friendliest and quickest to reply. They came highly recommended by friends too. The outside unit is sitting on a slab, I do wish it was mounted up higher on a bracket. The hole where the lines go into the basement is sealed off with silicone, time will tell how well this will hold up. I suspect there may be some cold air coming into the basement during winter so I will add some insulation. I have not run the AC unit yet but I’m sure if there were any issues, Lendrix would take care of it. Overall very satisfied with Lendrix.
