I needed to hire an electrician to fix an issue with my electrical plugs .(I had just had a kitchen renovation done, and hadn't been too happy with the electrician hired by my contractor) Therefore I called in GIS. (I found them through a Google search) They responded to my call by sending out an electrician right away. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He immediately found the issues with the installation of the first electrician, fixed it right away, and I was even able to pay with my credit card on the spot. I think this company does a lot of commercial property work, but even though mine was a small residential project, they seemed to take me as seriously as if I were one of their large clients. They even called a couple of days later to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.

Over the past few years I've had a few items framed by Quadro, and I feel very comfortable dealing with them. They always take the time to counsel me on my options without ever being pushy. Although I've come to expect a high level of service from them, they really blew me away a few weeks ago. It was December 21st and I had totally procrastinated on taking a watercolour in for framing that I wanted to give my parents for Christmas. I went into Quadro, fully expecting that it would be too late to have it ready in time. As expected, they looked super-busy. Yet Tony, their senior framer, moved heaven and earth to accommodate me and had my painting finished and looking gorgeous two days later, just in time for Christmas. They even gift-wrapped it for me to save me time!
