I called Fair Deal Heating & Air Conditioning around mid Feb as my furnace broke down and I spoke with Ash, who came highly recommended by one of my friends. Ash is very professional, knowledgeable, patient ( I had lot of questions), and advised me well regarding my options. He knew the product recall on secondary heat exchanger for my furnace and discussed some options for me to consider. No one from other HVAC company even mentioned the product recall. The quote provided were reasonable for different options and I found Ash was honest in his responses to my queries. He did not try to upsell, but I decided to go with a new Napoleon furnace as my furnace had reached end of life. His crew, Raj & Lovepreet were on time, professional, and did a clean installation job. A week later I contacted Ash again to check if his company did Water Heater installation as I was very impressed with the work. I decided to go with Rinnai tankless water heater and his crew did a great installation job once again. I'm glad that I went with Fair Deal Heating & Air Conditioning and I won't hesitate to recommend Ash and his company to any of my friends. Thanks again, Ash!
