A horrible experience. After working by hour, slow as molasses, and breaking the glass on the TV stand, they were unwilling to pay full amount for the price of the stand. I was told "well the stand is one year old so there is depreciation" and a partial payment was offered, hardly enough to even buy something from IKEA. Not only that, when I let the movers know that I didn't appreciate them coming late, stopping, and asking ME for snacks, I was yelled at by the workers. I would not recommed this company or any of its employees to anyone I care about. Several items were damaged including walls and ceilings. Beware!

Hi Maria, Thank you for your feedback. As a moving company, being reviewed and rated online is extremely hard to avoid pointing fingers and debating all of the issues mentioned. We are very proud of the work that we do and more importantly of the people that do it. Therefore, it’s also easy for us to get defensive, but we won’t. Fortunately, due to the hard work of everyone on our team, we don't face the strenuous task of responding to negative reviews too often as proven by our track record and our corporate values. Without trying to defend ourselves on each issue or debate on the price you mentioned, I just want to say that we are proud to be one of few companies that believe in full coverage, especially when it comes to Insurance. Your job was done on Oct 11th and 12th and the balance of $1576 is still pending from the past 3 months. NO moving company will allow that. We are trying to contact you through phone, emails since last few weeks. We left voicemails but received no reply. Most of our jobs are DAMAGE-FREE but no one is 100 percent perfect. Damages do happen once in a while, however we do offer compensation for our mistakes. We are offering you Full value of the TV stand and mirror damaged on the Moving Day. As you previously mentioned, the price of both items is approximately $500. To solve any issues communication from both ends is necessary. Please call our office at 416 871 6100 to discuss further.
