If you're looking for someone to install your EV charger, Ziggy is your guy! I recently had Ziggy install a Tesla wall connector on the outside of my garage in Milton. Before I purchased the wall connector, I messaged Ziggy late in the evening (not expecting a response) inquiring about a wall connector charger and he responded a few minutes later with a rough estimate. Ziggy came over the next morning and confirmed his estimate and measurements. He even recommended several options on where to install the wall connector. I purchased the wall connector later that evening and messaged him letting him know I had the kit. He advised that he would be back at my place the next morning to install the kit, as he had availability. During the install he added a 60 amp breaker on my 100 amp panel allowing for sufficient power. I have basic household appliances, so the panel wasn't overloaded. He ran the wire outside where he installed the wall connector. The job took a few hours which was a good sign to me because it showed it wasn't being rushed and it was being done properly and according to code. The install was professional, clean and affordable. It also looks great aesthetically. Ziggy submitted his work and pictures to the ESA, which got approved and certified instantly. I was so glad to come across Avers Electric as I was extremely happy with their service. Not to mention that Ziggy is such a personable individual and great person to chat with all things electrical. We hired Enviro-Loc to interlock our driveway,porch and landing. We live in a townhouse, so we were a bit concerned with having our half of the driveway interlocked, while our neighbour kept their asphalt. After speaking with the team at Enviro-Loc, we decided to go with it because we wanted that seamless look and they assured us that they could achieve it. Glad we did, it looks absolutely amazing! We've had our neighbours compliment it and it just made our house stand out. As for the process, I cannot say how easy and thorough it was. From sales (James) to excavation (Jeremy) to installing the pavers (Jamil) to the cleaning crew, everyone was an absolute joy to work with. They always answered any of our questions and put our mind to ease. Domenic (President) even made the trip down pre-excavation and post installation to check the finished product and see if we had any further concerns. Definitely above and beyond! Reached out to North Star to assist with a birds nest issue on a second floor vent. There was loud chirping early in the mornings and tapping at the vents. The birds had chewed away at the 20 year old vent/screen and started building a nest. Shakil was very responsive and straight forward. He showed up the next day, earlier than expected. Inspected the vent and and mentioned that the specific vent was isolated to the guest washroom on our main floor. He inspected both ends, luckily we were able to catch it early as the birds were just starting to build their nests - so no babies or eggs. He cleared out the pipe, installed a new vent and added a mesh screen for added protection. Have not heard any birds chirping or tapping at the vents so far. Very quick, efficient, and professional the entire time.
