As if re-plumbing a house isn’t hard enough we decided at the last minute to replace all of our hot water heaters and have Mahmet redo all of the water runs so that we could place them where we wanted them. Mahmet is always very professional and offers up some great solutions to dealing with renovating an old house. He was never phased by working through our renovation mess or redoing work when we changed our minds. We will definitely use Mahmet again on our next project.

We purchased a 102 year old house with some knob and tub and expected to have a lot of the electric replaced. In the end we ended up rewiring the whole house and installing all the pop lights and switches we needed as well as having a new Hydro service brought in. Neil was very accommodating while we strip everything back to studs, changed our minds on where things should go and occasionally having to work around the mess we had created. This is the second job we have used Neil on and will continue to use him.

Nu-Phase electric is professional and very responsible. We had taken apart a bunch of electrical while renovating and did not label anything. Neil worked his way through all the wires to sort it out. He was more than happy to answer questions and didn't mind us observing. We would use Nu-Phase in the future without question.
