The crew did a great job. Cleanup was perfect. Even one of their competitors said North Shore was one of the best. Price was also well in line with everyone else. Will definitely use them again.

From start to finish, the folks from Amazon were supportive, friendly, professional and efficient. The jobs were done on time and on budget. We had a few revisions to our plans (our choice) and these were incorporated into the work with little fuss and minimal cost when necessary. I am happy to recommend Amazon Renovations as an honest, hard working and effective group.

From the start to the completion of the project Ruben and all his workmen were pleasant, responsive and efficient. All work was completed in the time frame agreed upon and was well done. The work site was left spotless and one year after the project was completed I can still say that we are thoroughly satisfied with the work performed.

Obviously this company did not want such a small job. To replace 20 feet of vent they quoted $350 for materials and $134 an hour for labour suggesting that it would likely take them 3 hours to do the job. I priced all the material required at a large box store (636 vent + elbows and glue) maximum of $75. My point is, if a contractor does not want a job just say so... don't try to snow the customer with an outrageous quote hoping that being naive the customer will take your offer. That's dishonest!

Doug, the owner of Waterboy, has looked after our pool since we first put it in thirty years ago. We've always been totally satisfied with the work he has done. Over the years this has included moving the pool heater and pump to a different location, repairing and replacing worn equipment and a installing a new pool liner. Whatever work he has done - we have been confident that the work would be well done. Doug's honesty in providing excellent value and workmanship has meant that we have had thirty years of worry free enjoyment from our large in-ground vinyl pool.
