We bought this system almost 12 years ago, sales man told us this is life time system and you have life time warranty on this, specifically I was told that I will never invest any more money other than the initial investment. Few months back we called for service and technician told me that you are looking another 1489+tax to get this system going and it is worth investing this money blah blah …… I told him this supposed to be life time warranty, he asked me to call their office to discuss this matter further and bill me for 100+ dollars, which I paid on the spot. I called their Mississauga office to discuss the issue and told by the service manager (Paul) the warranty is only five years and it was limited life time not the life time. Lots of my friends bought similar systems for $1500.00 and still working flawlessly, to me it is not worth investing with this company and if anyone can avoid that please do so, otherwise you will be writing another honest review like me.
