I agreed for Loreno Inc. to repair my deck. I was quoted $3500.00 and was asked to pay $1700.00 before the job was to be completed and the other $1700.00 when the job was complete. I heard from a representative of the company a few times before I sent them my money. Once I sent in my money, they stopped texting, calling and I haven't heard from them again. I am perfectly willing to post a good review if they either show up, communicate with me, or if they reimburse my money.
