Gus was outstanding. He arrived, literally, in minutes after I called. He located the problem and went off to buy replacement parts. He fixed it better than before with a great new shot-off valve. He then un-seized my shower temp. control and thus, improved my life! He was super-fast and helpful with his explanation of what had happened and what to do in future if ever it recurred. Just great service from Gus!
