I'm very happy with my new high efficiency furnace and power vent water heater. Of the three quotes that I got before the install, Brantworth was the only company that was knowledgeable enough to inform me that I would need an upgraded water heater if I installed a new furnace because my old water heater would not be able to safely vent to the chimney on its own without the furnace connected. On installation day, they arrived around 8:30 am and got right to work. It was a big job for a very small area but they did an excellent job and I'm very happy with how it all went. The installers were very hard working, polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company for any heating and cooling needs.

After purchasing my house last July, my home inspector had warned that there were electrical issues with the house. I called McKenzie Electric to solve the problem. They were able to come within a week and in about four hours, the changeover was done. Since this job was done, I have not had any further electrical issues. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend this company to other home owners.

My furnace was working intermittently. It would fire up but the flame would blow out. This happened sometimes, while other times it would ignite, stay lit and heat the house. The representative from Crystal Heating was able to come within a day of calling and repair the problem (gas jets needed cleaning) and also give the furnace a seasonal tuneup. He worked very quickly for a reasonable cost. Two months later, during very cold January temps, the furnace is working well and I have had no further issues, since the repair.

The roofers arrived at 8am. There were about 6 workers. They worked quickly and efficiently to remove the old shingles, replaced some facia and rotted wood and applied tar paper, new shingles and new vents. They were finished by around 2pm. They took great pains to clean up debris around the property. Six months later, the roof is performing well with no issues. I'm very happy with the job and their price was very competitive. Since then, one of my neighbours also hired the same company and was very happy with the job.
