Build & Installation of 3 season sunroom
Our installation date was July, install began in December. Roof leaked repeatedly, finally fixed months later. Installation crews - GREAT -friendly & professional.
Carpet installation - good quality product & installation. Price fair & installed on time. Removed old carpet, great clean-up. Tile work was and still is a nightmare. Salesman informed us of new product making a level sub-floor unecessary (even when questioned). Installed chipped tiles over uneven floor, weeks later they ripped out our tiles (because I am so unreasonable)and installed new tiles over uneven floor. Until I can permanently replace this mess I keep regrouting my floor .... I will NEVER buy anything from Giant Carpet again.
