When I bought my home in Oshawa, I knew that the large shed (8x11) at the end of my driveway needed to be torn down. I wanted to invest in having a custom wood shed built to replace the old one, as opposed to a metal or plastic one. I did a lot of research and am so happy incredibly happy that I found Steve's Sheds! I visited his business location and was immediately impressed. Steve is the nicest and most genuine guy you could wish to meet, and his carpentry skills are nothing short of impressive. He came to my house later that afternoon so he could see what was there and the work site in person, and provided me with a quote that I found very fair and reasonable considering the scope of the work. From start to finish, his communication skills were fantastic. He encouraged me to watch the new shed being built on my property, and I'm so glad I did because I was able to see the level of care and precision that went into every step. Steve and his team, including his amazing sons, clearly maintain a high level of quality control and pride in their work. The work was done quickly, the site was left spotless, and when I asked to add on skirting below the shed (to prevent animals from going underneath), they were back the very next morning. I am so grateful I found Steve's Sheds, and have had several neighbours come by in the days following to tell me how much they love my new shed!

I am extremely happy that I contacted Tailored Living for the installation of several closets in my new ‘quirky’ +100 year old home. Walls and floors slant in places and I knew that DIY just was beyond my skills. Ian quickly came to see my home, listened attentively to what I was hoping for in each room, and within a very short time frame provided me with his designs for each closet and a quote that included everything. On the day Ian and his team came for the installation of the closets, they were extremely professional from start to finish. Ian remembered that I had mentioned having a cat, and checked in on arrival to make sure she was safely secured as they moved materials into the home. The areas they were working in were left spotless, so there was nothing for me to do once they left but enjoy my new closets! The finished closets are beautiful, and the materials are high quality and sturdy, so I really feel like this was a great investment and home improvement. Big thanks to Ian and his team!
