We recently had our hot water tank replaced with a high-efficiency unit. As well, we wanted to update the filter system for the furnace (new five-inch filter as well as a UV system). Glenn Rankin provided superb customer service, with timely responses to questions we had, as well as providing a very detailed quote. Glenn is very personable, pleasant and thoroughly professional. He is excellent to deal with. The technicians who did the work were fantastic as well. They, too, were completely professional, very personable, worked very efficiently and answered many questions for me. We chose to have follow-up work done (suggested by both Glenn and the technicians, to treat duct joints with a commercial product which sealed off air leaks in the duct work, therefore having a more efficient system), which made a noticeable difference right away. Our house now has a completely "freshness" with no smells at all, thanks to the UV and filter system. We have endless hot water and feel that our furnace system is now top-notch. The difference between AireServ and other "legacy" companies we dealt with (their business names were on the furnace) cannot be stated strongly enough: AireServe is definitely the Gold Standard for service and workmanship!
