Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Zain and his crew installed the wrong size island top, promised to fix it at my expense which I agreed to for some reason as it was very important for our project. He said the problem would be fixed within a week and half this has been approximately six months now. He eventually just stopped replying to me until I threatened legal action, and then he gaslighted me saying he “must have missed my messages”. Again, promised he would rectify the situation but continued to ignore my calls and messages. Will never, ever use again. He also refused to draw up a new contract, extremely rude and unprofessional.
