Hired GPower for a deep clean after my home Reno and I must say they did a pretty decent job. I have tiles that leaves streaks on and before I could even tell the cleaners about it they had cleaned it by hand, on their knees! I am quite impressed with their dedication and the results. Also, we are WFH couple and the cleaners caused zero disturbance to our day. Would definitely hire them again.
Poorly done flooring and staircase
I hired AM Renos to complete the flooring and stair case for my basement. He did not complete the flooring and stair case efficiently and left several tasks including caulking, painiting, shoe moulding, and finishing incomplete. On the first day, they raised the cost of the project by $1200 for additional work to cover the edges around the stair case. They took 4 days to complete the staircase and basement flooring. They then mentioned that he would need an additional day to complete the finishing of the stair case and to provide them additional $1200 to complete the work. I agreed to it trusting that they will do an efficient job. They again left the work incomplete promising that they will come back to complete the work. I have been texting/calling them, but there hasn't been any reponse. The cost of competing the work was increased from $3500 to $6500 and even then the work was left incomplete. I rate AM Renos as a highly unethical contractor who will take the payment from clients, but will leave the work unfinished/incomplete. Ayaz neither has the experience or the business ethics to run a contracting business.
I have previously hired Natik Painters for my condo and because of their professionalism , reasonable cost and good service/quality I decided to hire them again for my house and I am very happy with my decision. Both Tony and Natalie understood our requirement, provided very good consultation and were very quick in delivery with premium quality results. We initially just wanted our basement painted but because of the amazing quality, quick service at reasonable cost we ended up painting the whole house and also removed stucco from all the ceilings. Natik Painting will be on my speed-dial for any future painting jobs that I may need. I will definitely refer them to anyone who wants to renew their home within budget and without any hassle. Both Tony and Natalie are actually fun loving people, very friendly yet professional. You will enjoy working with them.
When your costumer welcomes you like an old friend, and remembers not only your good service, but names of your children maybe he is your friend. And a hard job goes easier. You guys simply said: Natalie, do what you would do for your own children. How anybody could cut the corners or overcharge with such a trust! You both are just fantastic people! We really enjoyed working with you on your project. Results are very rewarding, aren't they? Your house looks new, stylish, regal! Now walls are a right back ground for your extra ordinary furniture. After painting is done we wish you a good luck with your next decorating project.
