This is the first time I worked with Chuck and his team, who was referred by one of my friends. My basement renovation was with building permit from Brampton, and their inspector were very strict in all aspects, building structure, plumbing, HVAC, etc. So I am a little worrying from the start. But at last Chuck did an amazing job, fixed all the potential electrical problems, and re-lining most of the basement electrical lines, installed pot lights, and all the finishings looked great now. They worked smart and hard, the price is very reasonable. Definitely we will work with him together soon later, and refer him to my friends as well.

I know Permitworks from Homestar, and they are unique company that focus on the permit application. So I can be released from the designing and negotiating works with the City. Kelvin, Louise and Salik are all very professional and quick response designer. They helped me get a permit for 2nd legal unit basement permit in Toronto. I am so happy that I can start my project now.
