I entered into a contract with them last year August and submitted my deposit in Sept 2019. Since then I've had to follow up multiple times to get some sort of response, they re-did quote twice but never confirmed and actual date. I gave them notice that if they did not maintain per their contract to complete the work within 30 days, my deposit is due back to me in full. This was in May 2020. I've now flagged them to the better business bureau and continue to wait on the return of my deposit. I would recommend staying far away from this company as they are not acting in integrity or in good faith. I am not the only one complaining for recent poor conduct etc, check their google reviews.

Grant from Perfectly Squared is great to work with. I originally reached out to grant to do one unit remodel for me and because of his work, I actually gave another unit to complete for me. Being an out of town property owner really requires that you find reliable, honest and good quality tradesman to work with. Grant and the Perfectly Squared team exceeded expectations on all counts. The tenants even remarked that he and his team was a pleasure to work with and very considerate of timing of work when doing the second unit that was below theirs. He always gave clear details (and options) for his very fair quotes. He was quick to report any hurdles or unexpected work along with suggesting different solutions. He kept me updated with several photos of the progress and delivered on schedule despite some minor hiccups. He and his team have now become my preferred renovation and repair team.

Our property needed repainting because of peeling paint from old and poor paint job. They pressure washed the house to ensure good prep and the pictures from the final outcome say it all. I am extremely pleased!

We choose Robert to replace the wooden gate on our parking pad, repair a back exterior (frame needed to be rebuilt), fix some tiling and replace a toilet on a rental property. From first contact to final payment of bill, Robert was excellent to deal, knowledgable, on-time, professional and most importantly we were thoroughly satisfied with the work completed and would highly recommend Robert and definitely plan to use him again for other future jobs
