I purchased a voucher from livingsocial for 3 home cleaning visits through capital house cleaning. I used their website to make my first booking for just after Christmas as they do not offer services on the weekends. The day before the appointment I received an automated email reminder advising me of the appointment and that I should allow for at least 1 hour passed the scheduled arrival time due to unexpected delays. I was fine that and arranged my day to be there for the appointment. About 12 hours before the appointment I received another email confirming the appointment once more. When the appointment time arrived no one had showed so I waited the hour as requested. 30 more minutes later I sent an email as stated on their website with no response from capital. After almost 3 hours passed the appointment I sent an additional email with still no response to date. A complete waste of time. Clearly not a legitimate business.
