Finish basement with Bedroom, family and bathroom. Also double vanity in main bathroom
The main reason I went with Assured basements was the scheduling system they use. The service they use is Builder trend and the tool can be accessed via web browser or mobile app. It includes all aspects of the job; selections, scheduling and billing. Worked great and was easy to keep on top of all items that were being done. There were problems with the finished product but Assured made sure that all was up to expectations. Even though there were things that were not right I did not feel like they just walked away, the stood by the work and made it right. Things do wrong but what you need is to be confident that it will be made right and Assured did that for us. What else can you ask. The team is easy to reach and follow up is quick.
