Do not use this company!!! Our new home windows are a disaster, and the company does nothing. Our windows are missing parts, so they can't open. They are also failing, and fog up because the seal is gone, after less than 2 years. I'm going to have to replace them all(whole house!) They won't return my calls. They were awful from the start, missed deadlines, promised the best quality, delivered late, and installers knew nothing about what they were doing. Their salesperson, Carlos, continually apologized and made promises he never kept. Their warranty is worth nothing, they just don't respond at all. Save yourself the trouble that we are going through. I wish I'd never heard of this company.
