J Steward Roofing is the most DISHONEST and DECEPTIVE company I have ever dealt with. DON"T hire them to do your roof or you will REGRET it. I paid this company to lay down ice and water barrier on my roof (as written in the contract), but they DID NOT. In fact they did not even use tar paper, they literally just nailed the tiles to the roof. Even the tiles they used, which they guaranteed for 20 years, did not last more than 8 years. My roof kept leaking year after year, it damaged my carport, my interior walls and rotted the wood around my skylight (which I ended up having to replace). Now when tiles were laid down it was really hard to know what the roofers did underneath unless your are home keeping a watchful eye (I was not ). So when the roof kept leaking time and time again, both my boyfriend and I called J Stewart roofing on several occasions about it but they kept saying it wasn't their fault or their workmanship, but it was due to the slope of my roof. They were bullies and yelled at my boyfriend saying, "how dare you question our work". J Stewart Roofing SHOULD be questioned. I posted a pic of my roof and you can see clearly no ice and water barrier. I have had to replaced my entire roof. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and by writing this review hope to save you the anguish and financial catastrophe I endured.

Choose DONE WELL ROOFING if you want HONESTY, GOOD WORKMANSHIP, QUALITY MATERIALS and an ATTENTION TO DETAIL. DONE WELL Roofing has given me back my faith and trust in an industry riddled with ripoffs and really bad roofers. I can say with absolute confidence that DONE WELL is trust worthy. They came to my rescue when another company who did my roof a few years ago not only swindled me thousands of dollars but deceived me about the work and materials they used. Imagine paying for ice and water barrier and years later after constant leaks and severe water damage to your home, find that the roofers literally nailed the roof tiles directly onto the slats. No ice and water barrier, no tar paper! Bottom line, take it from a woman who has paid the price. Just use Done Well Roofing. Honesty and quality guaranteed!

Two words: Hire them! You won't regret it. In an industry riddled with inept and dishonest contractors, I was so thankful to find Brian Malloy. Brian is an honest man, his work--impeccable, and therefore, has my highest recommendation. Not only was he and his crew friendly, but they were so respectful of my home. Brian's knowledge, attention to detail and quality of service was outstanding from beginning to end. Just before Christmas, I had my living/dining rooms and hallway painted. Some areas were challenging to paint with high wall spaces. The painters took their time and Brian made sure the job was done well and to my satisfaction. I also really appreciated Brian fitting me into his busy schedule just so I could have the place ready for the holidays.
