Today midafternoon I phoned this company hoping to get someone to come tomorrow to figure out why my kitchen roof is leaking, to clear a build-up of ice and snow on this same roof, and depending on the problem fix it. Lo and behold, Ivan said he would come over within the hour! His work, his advice, and his suggestions for preventing future problems was worth every penny. Reasonable, too. Great to deal with, and the most fashionable roofer I have ever seen. Would recommend without hesitation.
