Aida and Carla came to clean the house this week. We've had nannies who've cleaned for us for years and Aida and Carla simply blew them all away. Best cleaning job I've ever seen!

Our kitchen sink backed up on Sunday night. It had been getting slowly worse for a couple of weeks but on Sunday the sink became unusable. I called draincom on Monday morning and they gave me a window of 11-1 for the same day. I asked if they could call me once they had a better idea of when in that window they expected to arrive. Closer to the window I got a call from Alex advising when he would be there and he arrived on time. Alex was great and took the pipes off the sink and removed the blockage - sink now drains better than it ever has! Very happy with the service and completely recommend them.

Tony and his crew were excellent and I'd definitely recommend Tony. We'd had a leak in the bathroom that had been misdiagnosed 3 times by contractors/roofers and we'd paid unnecessary money to fix things that weren't broken. Then when it was diagnosed as coming from the chimney the first chimney company I hired did a poor job. I then hired this company on the basis of the homestars reviews and we've been very happy. I've actually waited half a year since the work to write this review as in the past water problems have showed up after the initial work. Tony tore down the entire chimney to the roofline and then built up a new chimney and the work was excellent. I'm happy to say we've had no leaks/issues since. He had to put up scaffolding to get to the roof and even that was done with a great deal of care not to ruin plants/trees in the front.

I am glad there have been no issues with the chimney since, we always advise the homeowner on the proper road to take not just the easy road, this was a tricky set up for the scaffold but in order to do the job correctly and safely we had to do it, Making a quick dollar at some ones expense is not what we are about at STRAIGHT UP MASONRY.
