Our Samsung fridge started making a rattling noise, ice buildup at the back, and poor performance. We chose Appliance Aid because of the reviews on Homestars ( and after the marketplace story, after ensuring chose someone with a real address!). I called and described the problem. The gentleman was able to say he probably knew the issues, but would need to come to be sure, and that we could then decide what to do. He was honest and clear every step of the way, and in the end recommended we purchase knew rather than make a big repair on a fridge of the age and with this issue. I really appreciated a repair person advising to MY best action, not HIS best outcome. We Will definitely call Appliance Aid the next time we need a repair. Thanks!!

Milorad came and quoted on the job, he then arrived when he said he would, did the job really well in the time he quoted for the price he quoted. Our tile was not run-of-the mill, but custom tile, that needed to be pieced and puzzled to look right. He added a great little brushed metal edge - He did a great job, was very pleasant, cleaned up after the work, and we're extremely happy.
