Like everyone else has said ... Lucio is great. He offers his opinion when asked and takes detailed measurements so there is no need to return should he be awarded the business. The quote was competitive, the work was done when they said it would be done, and the result is beautiful as the pictures indicate. The team knows what they are doing and work efficiently. They even work in the rain! :)

We originally wanted to add a stair runner for the safety of our older dog who was having trouble with the stairs due to cataracts. Not only has the runner made the stairs safer, it has enhanced the look and impact as you enter the front hall. The metal pickets are no longer lost in a sea of wood, and we're most satisfied with the result. Maple Carpet Care did an excellent job in fitting and installing the carpet on our querky stairs and we are looking forward to enjoying this new look for many years to come. As for our dog, Buster? He's getting used to it, although I still catch him trying to go up and down the edges! I'm sure that'll change very soon.

I found Steven Fekete, of Black Forest Woodworking, to be very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He is definitely a master craftsman -- meticulous, neat and on time. I am 100% satisfied with the end product, and am pleased to show it off to everyone who visits. When it came to installation, Steven and his team were careful to keep the work space tidy and clean up before leaving. I will definitely keep Black Forest Woodworking on my list of professionals to "call again" when time for my next project. Thank you, Steven.
