We didn’t know that a few months earlier, another vent cleaning company we hired had blown lint into the vent and compacted it creating a fire hazard. The a dryer Vent Wizard tech came in and actually went into the attic where our dryer vents and took photos and showed me the issue. We also had a screen on our vent which wasn’t to code that he removed for us. He told us about some other incorrect materials used for the vent portion off the back of the dryer and explained everything in detail. My clothes actually dry now and our check vent light is off. Would absolutely use this company again.
