Everything was clogged; toilets, showers, and nothing was draining. What a mess. I called Mr. Tom and they came within a few hours. Luca was polite, professional, had all the latest gadgets, and cleaned up afterwards. I appreciated the written and signed quote in advance of starting the work -- no surprises.
