An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We were extremely satisfied with the service we received from MRI-Mold.ca. From the initial phone call it was a pleasure dealing with Gregg. He was extremely knowledgeable, very informative and took the time to explain possible causes over the phone. We set up an appointment later that afternoon and Gregg showed up on time and examined the room where we suspected the mold. He used different equipment and explained the readings and confirmed the existence of mold. The meeting confirmed my initial impression of Gregg, a knowledgeable and trustworthy guy. Gregg provided the detailed quote as promised at a reasonable price and the work was scheduled. The team showed up on time to perform the work and took great care to protect the work and surrounding areas. The team also took the time to show us photos of the mold removal as it was occurring and to explain the process. The team completed the work in a professional manner and within the timeframe specified. As we were going to do our own restoration, Gregg advised he would leave the floor protection down for us. We would recommend Gregg and his team to anyone with a mold issue – it was a pleasure to deal with a company that provided knowledgeable expert and honest advice. Thanks again for the great work.
