Raccoons had gnawed through some deteriorated wood to gain access to my roof during the winter of 2020/21. Given pandemic supply issues, I couldn't find a good contractor at a reasonable price at the time. This fall, I was put in touch with Erlis, who provided a good quote, fully explaining the work (which included temporarily removing the eavestroughs to replace the fascia, replacing the rotten wood of the roof itself, and retiling). Work started a bit later than planned in light of the current demand, but the crews (over 2 days) were efficient and professional. Erlis managed some of it by himself on the 2nd day, given a sick crew member - I can't believe he completed it all by himself, but he did! Overall, I'm very satisfied with the price and the quality, and Erlis' work ethic - very professional!
